M7 metro: WSP remains vigilant

The municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre has published a press release recalling the cessation action launched in May 2024 together with Woluwe-Saint-Lambert to put an end to the nuisance caused by the M7 metro. An acoustic expert, appointed by the Justice of the Peace, is due to submit their final report by 31 December 2025.

WSP takes note of the tests of new wheel bands announced by STIB and of their progressive installation, with an improvement announced for 2026, but also notes that complaints remain numerous. The municipality confirms its support for the residents involved in the proceedings and its aim of achieving lasting measures to protect their quality of life.
