Since 2021, the STIB-MIVB M7 trains have generated above-normal noise and vibration, impacting the citizens' quality of life, day and night.
5 years of nuisance
Five years after the arrival of the M7 trains, residents along lines 1 and 5 continue to endure noise and vibrations. But these five years have also been marked by significant mobilisation: complaints, municipal actions, legal proceedings, political questions and concrete progress.
