Contact STIB-MIVB

Follow the steps below to contact STIB-MIVB to report the noise and vibrations caused by the STIB-MIVB metro and request solutions.

Each complaint sent to the STIB-MIVB is a strong signal. It not only expresses your dissatisfaction but also creates an official record that compels the STIB-MIVB to take our request into account. The more of us who do this, the louder our voice will be. Your action strengthens the collective pressure we are exerting to restore peace and quiet.

Steps

  1. Go to the STIB-MIVB contact form Open
  2. On the screen "Network, frequencies, disruptions - Personal information", fill in the following fields:
    • Title
    • First name
    • Last name
    • E-mail address
    • Phone number
    • Click on "Continue"
  3. On the screen "Network, frequencies, disruptions - Questions or complaints about the network, frequencies, disruptions", fill in the following fields:
    • My message mainly concerns → "A complaint"
    • My message → edit the message below if you wish, copy it and paste it into the field "My message"
    • Line concerned → "1 GARE DE L'OUEST - STOCKEL"
    • Direction → either of the two directions
    • Stop or station concerned → the nearest station
    • (Ignore the fields Date, Time and Vehicle number)
    • Kind of ticket → "I don't have a ticket"
    • Click on "Send"

The STIB-MIVB should respond within 10 days. Don't hesitate to follow up if you don't receive a response, and as long as the disturbances persist.

Continue to regularly send complaints as long as the problem is not resolved.
